SENIOR ANALYST

Juan Miguel is a senior credit analyst and founding member of Katayma Credit Management. He has over 18 years of leveraged finance and structured products expertise. Most recently, Juan Miguel served as Managing Director, portfolio manager, and credit analyst at SLC Managements Leveraged Finance Group. Prior to SLC, Juan Miguel was lead portfolio manager for three CLOs and a publicly traded business development company, and he jointly managed a corporate loan investment mandate at American Capital. Prior to joining American Capital, Juan Miguel was a credit analyst for Citibank Colombia, where his responsibilities included underwriting and monitoring corporate credits across the Food, Beverage and Retail industries. Juan Miguel holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and an M.B.A. from George Washington University.
